Refund Policy

We offer services designed to satisfy your vision. We create Luxury Crowns that are made, utilizing a high standard of quality and artisanship with only the best quality of Cambodian, Indian and Slavish hair, to suit your needs. Quality and customer satisfaction is very important to us. We inspect all Crowns prior to shipping to ensure that they meet your specification and our high-quality assurance standards. Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns, or provide exchanges. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 72 hours (3 business days) to contact us via email to voice any concerns regarding a Crown purchase. We will work with our customers to make needed adjustments for their recent purchases that are still in brand new condition.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. Returns and Exchanges are not allowed unless your item(s) arrived damaged or there was an error on our behalf.

 

Privacy Policy                                                                                                  

We honor the highest commitment to your privacy. Your personal information is confidential. This includes your address, phone numbers and email address on file. We do not share your personal information or email with third parties.

 

Payment Terms

Terms of payment are always 100% upfront. We accept all major credit cards. As soon as you place an order online your credit card will be charged.

Credit card fraud and theft of our merchandise will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. All shipping and billing addresses must match or your ordered will not be permitted at checkout until both fields are equal.

 

Order Processing

Our business hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm. All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 Business days from your purchase date. Orders placed over the weekend will commence processing on the following Monday. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should not be considered when calculating shipping times. Once shipped, orders arrive within the shipping specifications selected at checkout.

 

Prices                                                                                                              

Our prices are stated in Swiss francs (SFr.) and include the sales tax (vat) of 8%. The prices do not include the cost for shipment, which will be added at check out. Whilst we try to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices which appear on this Website are accurate, errors may occur, regardless of potential errors between the time of purchase and time of delivery, the prices at the time of purchase are binding. Trinity Belle reserves the right to modify the information on this Website or the prices for various services or Products. The content of this Website and all prices are subject to change without notice.

 

Delivery

All Orders are delivered via Swiss Post. The shipping costs are charged according to weight, and are as follows:

Parcels up to 10kg Fr. 12.00

Parcels from 10kg up to 20kg Fr. 15.00

International shipping may vary from Country to Country

 

International Shipping

International Shipments must clear customs. The rules and requirements for customs clearance vary from country to country. It is the customer's responsibility to pay any additional taxes, fees or duties or to arrange for any permits or special paperwork that may be required from your local postal service.

 

Product Availability

If any product is out of stock, unavailable or we are unable to fulfill your order, we will contact you immediately to find out if you are interested in receiving a substitution. If a substitution is not acceptable you may wish to terminate the sale, in which case, we will refund the amount charged to your credit card. Please note: Prices, specifications, and availability of products are subject to change without notice.

 

Shipping Delays

For your convenience it's always advisable not to wait until the last minute to place your order. If you have a deadline, hair appointment or other engagement it is always wise to order far enough in advance to allow for unanticipated delays. We will give you a delivery estimate when you place your order based on the information we receive from our shipping partner. We are not responsible for late shipments due to inclement weather, holidays, natural disasters, or carrier delays. Please keep in mind holidays do not count as a business day and should be considered when calculating shipping times. Failed Deliveries / Refused Shipments / Incorrect Shipping Address

Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt number, etc.) needed to deliver your package. All shipments are required to be signed upon delivery. We do not ship to any P.O. Box address. All shipping and billing addresses must match or your ordered will not be permitted at checkout until both fields are equal. It is extremely important that you give us the most accurate and complete information possible. If an address correction needs to be made after your shipment has been sent you will be assessed the fee the shipping carrier charges us to make the correction. If a shipment is returned to us due to a bad address you will be responsible for additional shipping charges.

 

Lost Shipments

If you have tracked your package and there is a discrepancy in delivery information or it has been lost in transit please contact your local post office. We are not responsible for any products that we have shipped and are delivered by Swiss Post but you fail to receive. As the case is that we did our part and the tracking number is proof the package has been delivered, with a signature confirmation, we will not issue you a refund. What we advise you to do is to further have the post office investigate. A claim would need to be made, so that they can investigate where your package was actually delivered to and have it retrieved.

 

Policy Changes

Trinity Belle, reserves the right at our discretion to make changes to prices, policies and procedures. Please check this page periodically for changes.

 

Limitation of Liability

Trinity Belle, does not accept liability beyond the remedies set forth herein, including any liability for products not being available for, or the provision of services and support. Intense Trinity Belle, will not be liable for consequential, special, indirect or punitive damages even if advised of the possibility of such damages, or for any claim by any third party except as expressly provided herein. This limitation of liability applies both to products and services. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of products, Trinity Belle, is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of products under this agreement. Customer agrees that for any liability related to the purchase of services not bundled with products under this agreement, Trinity Belle, is not liable or responsible for any amount of damages above the aggregate dollar amount paid by customer for the purchase of services under this agreement.

Images of people or places displayed on the Trinity Belle site are either the property of, or used with permission by Trinity Belle. Use of these images by you or other third parties is prohibited unless expressly permitted in the Terms of Use or elsewhere on the Trinity Belle site. Any unauthorized use of these images may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, and other applicable regulations and statutes. Any product, service, program or technology described in any document published by Trinity Belle on this site may be the subject of other intellectual property rights owned by Trinity Belle. Any such right that is not expressly licensed hereunder is reserved by Trinity Belle.

Law/Jurisdiction                                                                                              

The contents of this Contract are governed by Swiss law, namely the guidelines of the Swiss Code of Obligations. For all disputes with Trinity Belle the Court of Law is Zurich, ZH, unless deemed otherwise by the Federal Government.

 

Other Incidents                                                                                                

For all other incidents not covered by these Terms and Conditions, the Swiss Code of Obligations “OR” will apply.
