Return/Exchange Policy

Trinity Belle maintains a very high level of quality assurance. All our hair is prepared and professionally packaged in Zürich. Everything goes through a rigorous process to make sure you are receiving the best quality product possible. All hair orders are thoroughly inspected before shipping. It is our primary focus to make sure you are completely satisfied.

Due to sanitary reasons we do not accept returns, or provide exchanges. While we do not offer refunds, we do offer our customers 72 hours (3 business days) to contact us via email to voice any concerns regarding a Crown purchase. We will work with our customers to make needed adjustments for their recent purchases that are still in brand new condition.

Returns and Exchanges are not allowed unless your item arrived damaged or there was an error on our behalf.

 Due to the nature of our products, all sales are FINAL.
